1. Services Covered
These terms apply to the services shown on this website: architectural planning and building design; 2D and 3D elevation design; structural design and analysis; estimation and BOQ; property valuation and consultancy; approval drawings and documentation; construction supervision; and project management consultancy.
2. Scope and Deliverables
A written quotation or engagement will identify the agreed service, drawings, reports, calculations, visits, coordination, deliverables, exclusions, and assumptions. Work outside that scope requires confirmation and may carry additional fees.
3. Client Inputs and Site Visits
Clients must provide accurate requirements, documents, measurements, access, decisions, and approvals relevant to the project. Site visits are provided only when included or separately agreed. Site observations are limited to the purpose of the visit and are not automatically a complete survey, soil test, audit, or certification.
4. Revisions and Changes
The agreed number or nature of revisions, where any, will be stated in the engagement. New requirements, repeated changes, redesign caused by client decisions, or changes after approval may change fees and timelines.
5. Timelines
Timelines begin after required information, instructions, advance payment, and access are available. Authority review, client delay, contractor delay, supply issues, weather, site conditions, and other dependencies may extend delivery dates.
6. Fees and Payment
Professional fees and payment stages are governed by the written quotation. Government charges, testing, specialist consultants, contractor work, material costs, and additional site visits are excluded unless expressly included. Deliverables may be paused where agreed payments are overdue.
7. Completion and Use
A service is complete when the agreed deliverables are supplied or the agreed stage is completed. Drawings and reports are for the identified project and must not be reused, modified, or issued to another party without written consent. Construction execution remains subject to proper supervision, contractor responsibility, and applicable approvals.
8. Client-Requested Cancellation
Cancellation, completed work, committed costs, and any refund are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the relevant engagement. Contact us promptly if requirements change.
